Terms of Service

By accessing or using Aubni Edit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Aubni Edit is an AI photo editing platform for real estate photographers. The platform provides RAW processing, enhancement workflows, add-ons, and delivery tooling for real estate image production.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the security of your credentials.

• Starter: $99/month, Pro: $199/month, Studio: $399/month.
• Founding 50 program: $29/month locked rate.
• Annual billing available at 2 months free.
• No refunds on monthly subscriptions; annual subscriptions refundable within 7 days.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.

• Service usage is limited to real estate photography workflows.
• You may not upload adult content, illegal content, or content you do not own or control rights to.
• Job limits per plan are enforced by the platform.

• Founding 50 members grant Aubni a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted RAW and JPG pairs to train AI models.
• Photographers retain full copyright of their original photos.
• Aubni will not sell or share training data with third parties.
• Training data is used solely to improve Aubni AI editing models.

• Photographers retain copyright of all uploaded photos.
• Aubni retains rights to the platform, AI models, and processing pipeline.
• AI-processed outputs belong to the photographer.

• RAW files are deleted after 10 days.
• Delivered JPGs are retained for 90 days after job completion.
• Account data is retained until account deletion.

Your use of Aubni Edit is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Aubni Edit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI outputs may vary, and we do not guarantee specific aesthetic or business results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aubni liability is limited to subscription fees paid by you in the last 3 months.

Aubni may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or misuse of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days notice for material changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of California.
